I take a holistic approach to health based on simple advice that is right for the individual. I coach people to move better, move more, eat real food, spend time in nature and manage stress.

I have three decades experience training in boxing, martial arts and strength and conditioning. I became a coach to help other people with what I have learned over the years.

I currently own Elite Fitness and Martial Arts in central Birmingham, where we work with a variety of people from the local community. We serve city centre professionals looking to train around their busy schedules as well as mentoring local young people.

I understand the challenges many people face in maintaining health and wellbeing whilst managing career and family commitments.  Before my career in coaching I was a web developer and have managed two grassroots charities.

I believe humans are designed to be strong and healthy, but many of us have lost our way. You don’t have to suffer to get there, you can have fun and enjoy the process!
