Its your diary so be messy, creative or formal and make it work for you in whatever way you wish for a personalised experience.

The diary includes an open yearly calendar for 2023 and 2024 for professionals to organise their schedules as the year progresses. The calendar offers a "colour code your own schedule" with distinct feature keys for Annual Leave, Duty Weeks, Admin Days and Training allowing for professionals to tailor reference their weeks and months ahead of time to optimise planning and productivity.

At the beginning of each week you will find a "Timescales Mapping Template". The idea here is for professionals to map their timescales for the week for visual purposes, staying on top of deadlines and avoiding going out of timescales with reports and professional activity. Professionals may also use the following weeks template to keep ahead of their schedule and start planning weeks in advance working towards deadlines to further avoid crisis situations.

A monthly supervision template has been included at the end of each month to help organise your supervision discussions, prioritise what's urgent and share how your feeling with managers and note important deadlines and tasks to maximise your discussions with managers. A cases and new allocations with a "priority list" section has also been provided to prioritise your most important tasks with families as discussed between yourself and your manager.

The diary also includes the Continuing Professional Development Standards and a timetable for you to track those key learning moments and reflections as you go along that can easily get lost due to extensive schedules. These can be used at the end of the year when completing your Social Work England Registrations and also be used for personal reflection and learning, updating CV's and even preparing for interviews.
